These prices are final. VAT will be applied under current legislation. Registration fees include 21 % VAT.
No discounts will be offered to students at tertiary institutions of higher learning
Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early, regular or on-site), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

Are students entitled to a discounted registration fee?
We wish to emphasise that no discounts will be offered to students at tertiary institutions of higher learning, unless they have submitted an abstract which has been accepted. In that case, the normal discounted rate for authors is applicable.
How do I know if I am eligible for the discounted EBC National Association member registration fee?
National brewing trade associations will receive special codes for discounted registration. Each country will receive a limited number of discount codes. Once these codes are used up, you can still register using the standard EBC Delegate registration fee.
Who is eligible for the EBC Speaker & Poster Author registration fee?
The discounted registration fee is available only to the accepted presenting author of an abstract (either oral presentation or poster). Please note that only one presenter per abstract is eligible for this reduced fee. Once your abstract has been accepted, the presenting author will receive a discount code, which can be used during the registration process to apply the reduced fee.
Can I bring an accompanying person to the social events?
Delegates may purchase a ticket for an accompanying person during their registration. The accompanying person ticket provides access to the Welcome Reception and the Hospitality Evening. Please note that accompanying persons may enter these events only together with the registered delegate, who must present their conference name badge at the entrance.
How can I secure my place on a technical visit?
You can register for a technical visit through the registration form after selecting your registration fee. Technical visits have limited capacity, so places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The place is guaranteed only after the payment of the technical visit fee.
How to Register
To register for the Congress, please fill in the online Registration Form. The registration process consists of three easy steps:
- Fill out the Personal data form and receive a password
- Click the Registration button and choose your registration fee
- Pay online by debit/credit card or by bank transfer
For group registration (more than 10 participants), please contact the EBC 2026 Secretariat at ebc2026@guarant.cz.
Methods of Payment
Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:
1. Credit or Debit Card (preferred option)
For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa.
2. Bank Transfer
The bank details including the 10-digit payment identifier will be automatically sent to your email address after submitting the online form. Please note that payments without this payment identifier will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.
Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by 24 August 2026. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the Online Payment System.
All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.
Final Invoice
The final invoice will be sent automatically to your email address within 14 days from the receipt of the payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
The EBC 2026 Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at ebc2026@guarant.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted.
The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

| from 1 August 2026: | no refund |
In case of any change in registration, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.
In case of cancellation of the congress due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.
Name Change
If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. Name changes should be reported in writing to the EBC 2026 Secretariat at ebc2026@guarant.cz. No name change will be possible after 1 August 2026.
Visa Requirements
Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here.
